FM 150 Farm to Table Dinner Series - Upcoming Event
If you head outside the city limits you'll see "FM" (farm to market) black top roads leading to fields of fresh vegetables, produce and locally raised livestock. Houston's best chef's are visiting these farms, all within 150 miles of the city, in search of the best regionally-harvested products the season has to offer.
Set the stage at the coolest photography studio in town and gather together our region's best farmers and our city's most appreciative diners and you get FM 150 Farm to Table Dinner Series, an extraordinary and unforgettable dining event.
Sip summertime cocktails poolside, followed by a farm-to-table family-style dinner around a lily pond. Savor a sumptuous seasonal menu prepared with fresh, locally-grown ingredients by culinary star Randy Evans, executive chef and owner of the highly-anticipated Haven restaurant.
Indulge in homemade desserts, ripe with the flavor of summertime, created by award-winning pastry chef of "Textile", Plinio Sandauo.
Enjoy wines hand selected by Cory Graff, Sommelier for Haven Restaurant. The mission of the FM 150 dinner series is to celebrate, honor and support local farmers, food artisans and chefs who are working in unison to create exceptional dining experiences, while limiting human impact on the environment.
